Human~ Known as a Rinto; Brigand is a nomad, dressed down in tattered cloth and leather armor. A small pouch of money usually at his side. At belt level is a bright red, runed, and jeweled belt. Power can clearly eminates off him for those that can sense powers of the most extravegant Mythilogical creatures. His ability comes from the belt, when he focuses his mind and energy into his belt, a bright red light envelops him becoming Kuuga, Kamen Rider.
